Quick Apply Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description Registered Nurse Manager Fast paced, two doctor specialty practice has opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead a team devoted to excellent patient care.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in direct patient care, EMR transcription, and staff management.
This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of both clinical and clerical staff.
Three days a week will be devoted to patient care, assisting the physicians while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently; two days a week will be set aside for more traditional office management duties, such as staff scheduling, team building, clerical management, marketing strategies, recruiting/retention of staff, and providing reports and information during meetings with physicians.
We are looking for a highly effective communicator and inventive problem solver who will enhance both employee and patient experiences.
