Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and closing statements and close the transaction - Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for real estate closings - Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of real estate and how to close transaction - Proficient in real estate administrative tasks, such as document preparation - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and data entry - Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel This position offers a great opportunity to further your experience in real estate closings and work closely with professionals in the field.
