Summary:
Responsible for serving as the Retail District Training Facilitator (DTF) supporting store operations. Will be responsible for delivering dynamic, engaging training programs to enhance the learning and development of the store associates. Works closely with District HR, Store Managers and Training function to deliver best in class training around orientation, Integrated Retail, and Member Loyalty programs throughout the district and feeds back gaps to Learning team. Identifies, oversees and monitors both new hire and recurrent learning needs, and is responsible for delivering content and ensuring all store associates are current with learning plans. This position achieves objectives using a high degree of engagement in all facets of Training in Store Operations.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Visits opportunity stores based on reporting and action plans created by store leadership team; coordinates and assists the District Manager with any training requirements
Supports Region VP/GM and District Managers in resolving training tracker outliers for assigned stores
Provides District/Store Managers with first person coaching on the development of action plans based on outlier reporting and retail training needs. Serves as the Training and Development single point of contact.
Ensures that all training initiatives and processes are in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies
Coordinates effective training by ensuring that appropriate District and Store subject matter experts are identified and utilized the district to facilitate training
Delivers associate training programs, orientation and tracks compliance to set standards.
Partners collaboratively with the Learning organization, Human Resources, and Store Operations to proactively identify training gaps.
Assists in development of Store Operations training delivery scorecard and reporting progress & effectiveness of programs
Drives training delivery consistency, quality, and effectiveness across stores as measured by time to competence, associate engagement, new hire retention, and other appropriate measures.
Assesses learning program participants for knowledge gained and behaviors learned
Recommends updates to existing training material for continuous improvement of courses and program content.
Manages classrooms to ensure a positive learning environment for all participants.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
