Cafe Lead

We are looking for a person of leadership quality to train for managers position. A qualified applicant will have leadership experience preferably in food industry, and have current work experience in the last year. Advanced education is preferred but high school diploma/ GED required. Hours will be varied and applicant needs have full availability. Also all qualified applicants will also be expected to work on Sundays. (Saturdays are given off)
Applicant must show abilities and/or experience in these specific areas:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Good problem solving skills / ability to take initiative
o Basic computer/internet skills (Excel/ word /e-mail ect.)
o Making drawers/deposits / calculating payroll hours
o Able to manage and control costs (responsible for food ordering / and staff scheduling)
o Able to develop new customer accounts and deal with customer issues and complaints
o Able to help market (in store promotions / creative promotions to bring new business)
o Able to manage and motivate staff, as well as deal with staff issues.
o Able to manage the maintenance of company equipment and building and uphold standards of cleanliness.
o Will be expected to learn and be able to train all aspects of business to include : front caf sales, production of food items, cleaning,

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
